Ref cams are great. Refs mic’d up are even better. The NHL – along with its officials – gives us an ice level look at the action. Referees Kelly Sutherland and Chris Rooney, along with linesmen Brian Murphy and Jay Sharrers, kick things off in the officials’ room before the game.
“Let’s be ready,” warns one of the officials. “They’re starting to get a little… wound up a bit.”
