The Canadian Hockey League has announced the officials selected to work the 2025 Memorial Cup. 

The championship series will be officiated by four referees and five linespersons from across the Western Hockey League (WHL), Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).

Linesperson Sylain Losier will be working his CHL-record eighth Memorial Cup, having officiated the championship series in 2003, 2006, 2009, 2015, 2018, 2019, and 2022.  Losier holds the QMJHL records for most career playoff games officiated by an official (247) and most regular-season games worked by a linesperson (1,022). He is one of only two linespersons – and five officials – to work over 1000 games in the QMJHL.

 

From the CHL: 

The first game of the 2025 Memorial Cup is scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT between the host Rimouski Océanic and the WHL champion Medicine Hat Tigers. The 2025 Memorial Cup marks the return of the CHL’s championship event to the province of Québec for the first time in 10 years.
