Referees Chris Rooney and Graham Skilliter are working together for the first time this postseason.

Rooney previously skated with Jon McIsaac at STL/WPG Game 2, COL/DAL Game 3, FLA/TBL Game 4 (FLA W 4-2), and EDM/LAK Game 6.

Skilliter was paired with Francis Charron for STL/WPG Game 1, COL/DAL Game 2, MTL/WSH Game 3, NJD/CAR Game 4, and OTT/TOR Game 6 (TOR W 4-2).

Rooney and Skilliter worked just two regular season games together this past season – Bruins/Kraken (12/12/24) and Capitals/Sharks (3/15/25).

On the lines, Ryans Daisy and Gibbons are also a new pairing for the division semi-finals. Daisy worked the opening round with Andrew Smith. Gibbons, originally partnered with the injured Bryan Pancich, skated alongside lineys Kyle Flemington, Travis Gawryletz, and Tyson Baker.

Games: PS (Preseason); RS (Regular Season); PO (Playoffs)

Stats/Numbers: ’24-25 avg. (’24-25 rank) | ’23-24 avg. (’23-24 rank)

Number in orange/parentheses indicated referee’s rank among active officials.

* Penalty Differential represents the absolute value of the variance of penalty calls by team per game. If Team A takes two more penalties (or two fewer) than Team B, this is a 2.  Lower numbers indicate less variance between total penalties in a game – that is, a closer number of calls for both teams.
