AHL Referee Hillary Brennan and linesperson Kirsten Welsh sat down with Kendall Smith to talk about life on the ice as officials in the American Hockey League, their personal journeys, and where they see women in hockey in ten years.
Brennan and Welsh worked together for Friday’s game between the Hershey Bears and the Charlotte Checkers, alongside NHL/AHL officials Jordan Samuels-Thomas and Justin Johnson.
