Linesman Shane Heyer Catches Sens’ Karlsson With Elbow

It’s all about relativity. One man’s washout call for a good puck is another man’s WWE-style clothesline. That’s precisely what happened early in tonight’s game between the Ottawa Senators and St. Louis Blues.   Linesman Shane Heyer went to extend his arms as Sens defenseman Erik Karlsson entered the zone.  Thanks to a mix of proper positioning and inconvenient timing, Karlsson’s zone entry was stopped abruptly by Heyer’s elbow. Two Goals Scored, Two Disallowed for Bruins in Loss to Pens
