The Game 1 crew is back!  This is the third playoff game for the pairing of Wes McCauley and Brad Meier, who officiated Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final between the Ottawa Senators and the Pittsburgh Penguins and Western Conference Final Game 2 between the Ducks and Predators.

Wes McCauley worked the opening round with Brian Pochmara, taking the ice for CHI/NSH Game 1, ANA/CGY Game 2, MIN/STL Game 4, and  WSH/TOR Game 5.  In Round 2, he was paired with Francis Charron for EDM/ANA Game 2, STL/NSH Game 3, OTT/NYR Game 4, WSH/PIT Game 5, and  – with referee Kelly Sutherland – EDM/ANA Game 7.

Brad Meier was paired with Kevin Pollock in Round 1 for MIN/STL Game 2, EDM/SJS Game 3, OTT/BOS Game 4, and WSH/TOR Game 6.  He worked alongside Brad Watson in the second round, officiating ANA/EDM Game 1, WSH/PIT Game 3, STL/NSH Game 5, and OTT/NYR Game 6.
