Sutherland and Hanson were paired up in the second round, taking the ice for FLA/TOR Game 1, EDM/VGK Game 2, and DAL/SEA Game 4.
Sutherland previously worked Round 1 alongside referee Kendrick Nicholson, handling WPG/VGK Game 1, SEA/COL Game 2, NJD/NYR Game 3 (NJD W 2-1 OT), NYI/CAR Game 5 (CAR L 2-3), and DAL/MIN Game 6.
Hanson, paired with ref Eric Furlatt, officiated LAK/EDM Game 1, TBL/TOR Game 2, VGK/WPG Game 3, COL/SEA Game 4, and BOS/FLA Game 6.
During the opening round, Hanson/Furlatt were near the top of penalty calls, while Sutherland/Nicholson ranked near the bottom.
Murchison and Alphonso joined forces in the Conference Semifinals, skating at SEA/DAL Game 1, and EDM/VGK Game 2. Murch worked the opening round with Libor Suchanek, while Alphonso was partnered up with Bevan Mills – who also moved on to the Conference Semifinals, where he’s skating alongside linesman David Brisebois.
