Referee Nic Leduc needs your help. Leduc, who works in the AHL and ECHL, suffered a traumatic head injury in an off-ice incident prior to working a scheduled game in Iowa.

Nic is in the hospital recovering from his injuries. He’ll miss the rest of the 2014-15 ECHL season and the playoffs, but is hoping to make a full recovery.

Currently, Nic still resides in the hospital and while we continue to receive positive updates on his progress, his long term recovery is yet unknown. We are comforted by the fact that his family has traveled be with him, and that he is receiving excellent care in the hospital to help him progress.
