Refs Gord Dwyer and Wes McCauley are working together for the first time this postseason. Dwyer was previously paired up with Jon McIsaac for NYI/CAR Game 1, FLA/BOS Game 2, DAL/MIN Game 3, LAK/EDM Game 4, and COL/SEA Game 5. 

McCauley worked Game 2 of Rangers/Devils (NYR W 5-1) with referee Frederick L’Ecuyer, as well as TBL/TOR Game 1, CAR/NYI Game 4, FLA/BOS Game 5, and EDM/LAK Game 6.

On the lines, Bevan Mills previously partnered with Shandor Alphonso, while Scott Cherrey worked alongside Brandon Gawryletz – including at Game 5 of Rangers/Devils.
