With the playoffs moving fully to Edmonton, the officials below will be coming together. Those formerly in Toronto are heading west to join the rest of the crew in Alberta.

Referees

Out from Round 2: Eric Furlatt, Chris Lee, Brad Meier, Francois St. Laurent,
Linesmen
Derek Amell, Steve Barton, Scott Cherrey, Greg Devorski, Brad Kovachik, Matt MacPherson, Kiel Murchison, Jonny Murray
Out from Round 2: Devin Berg, Michel Cormier, Pierre Racicot, Mark Shewchyk
Referee Jean Hebert is the only ref change from 2019; all the rest are working back-to-back finals. On the lines, Barton and Kovachik are returning to the Conference Finals after missing out in 2019.
Standby officials are referee Francois St. Laurent and linesman Devin Berg, both of whom will be on-call to re-enter the bubble in the event of injury.
