The ECHL has announced the 19 officials moving on to work the 2019 Kelly Cup Conference Finals. Eight referees and 11 linesmen have been chosen to handle this year’s Eastern and Western Conference Finals.

“Each of these officials has been selected based on their performance through the first two rounds of the Kelly Cup Playoffs,” said ECHL Manager of Officiating Stephen Thomson. “It is a great accomplishment to reach this round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs, and all of them should be proud of their work to this point.”
All Conference Finals and Kelly Cup Finals games will be officiated using a two-referee system, as the ECHL has done for the previous six seasons. During the regular season and in earlier rounds, the ECHL utilizes one referee with two linesmen.
