Referee Eric Furlatt strapped on the mic for Saturday’s World Cup of Hockey game between Canada and the Czech Republic.
“Hey, don’t be stupid,” he warns. “Let ’em take a penalty. You’re on the power play.”
Furlatt also reviews a Coach’s Challenge issued by the Czechs for possible goaltender interference. The officials review the play and discuss.
“So, we’ve got a goal there?” he asks referee Chris Lee. “We’ve got a goal.”

Thanks to Eric Furlatt and the NHL for sharing this listen to the officials at ice level.
