Penalty Playback: Sharks/Penguins Cup Final Game 5

A look back at the penalty calls from Thursday’s Game 5 of the 2016 Stanley Cup Final between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the San Jose Sharks.  Referees for the game were Dan O’Halloran and Dan O’Rourke with linesmen Derek Amell and Jonny Murray.  There were seven penalties called in the game – four on the Sharks, three on the Penguins.  On the resulting power plays, the Penguins went 1-for-3, while the Sharks were 0-for-2.  Pittsburgh’s scored power play goals in two straight games.
